Cancellation/ Reschedule
We require a 24hr notice or more to cancel. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24hrs notice you will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
Card on File
A debit or credit card is required to hold all appointments. Cards will not be charged unless any of the policies are not honored.
No Show
You are considered a No Show 15mins past your appointment time without any communication from you. You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). If you no-show a second time you will not be allowed to re-book. For members, if you no-show, your membership service will be redeemed as payment.
